My room was out dated and not cleaned properly. There was a chair in my room that looked like it was pulled from a dumpster; the cloth on the chair was nearly gone. Severally Chipped furniture should not be present in rooms if you are charging three figures per night. Dried urine was on the toilet seat and there was a ring around the tube. The hallway had multiple stains on the floor with poor ventilation. I was very disappointed with this property.

Bad experience. Poor lighting and poor ventilation in the bathroom as well as in the room. Air vent was in a corner and way high. We had to literally stand in front of the vent to feel some air on our face when we were sweating. No dressing table with mirror. Not enough drawers to store our things. Table lamps, heavy, old and outdated. We couldn’t use them properly. No room service for the two nights we stayed. No one came out to take out the garbage. We used only sets of towels for the days we stayed. Had to reuse them. Not enough toiletries. They charged us full for the two nights we stayed but they didn’t give us adequate service for what we paid. They are making money by doing nothing for us. It was a horrible stay. The building needs to be renovated in my opinion, if they want people to come again and stay.
