This hotel from the time I arrived to the time I left has got to be the best experience I have ever had at a hotel ,they were super attentive ,hotel room was so clean and comfortable, very kind staff and extremely professional .THE SWEETEST STAFF EVER. I will only book this hotel as long as i visit Texas!

Needs updating and cleaning
Sink clogged in our room, no hanger rod. The 1st floor bathrooms are so nasty. My wife used earlier in the day and came out and said how nasty. We both went in later in the day and I was appalled how nasty the men’s room was she came out and said nobody has cleaned them all day long. The hotel valet stands around and waits for you to exit your car. Every time you get a text back asking for a tip of a minimum of seven dollars. The tip amount should be our choice not an app.

Beautiful hotel and the location was perfect for a family outing. There was the Mall, shopping, great restuarants, and a movie theatre all in walking distance.

I love the property and the location, it’s close to good dining and shopping. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was kind. Lastly, first impressions is always very important. Upon check in, the two front desk clerks did not see my presence of any importance. I was the only customer standing at the front desk and it took one of the ladies 4 minutes to address me. Please use my camera footage as a teachable moment for this hotel that first impressions are really everything.

Blood on sheets in first room. Second room no hot water. Kids screaming next door. Paper thin walls and connected doors. Called front desk a couple of times and never got an answer. Dirty, staff bad, will never stay there again. I stayed there at least 10 times over the past 15 years. Very run down now.

Rude front desk
Front desk was incredibly rude. Came about an hour early for check in and insisted we had to come right at 4 to get a room because non would be available until then. When we asked for a manager, he found one right away. Front desk seemed to be on a power trip.
