Overall good stay for a fair price

The look of the overall hotel was good. My room was very spacious and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. However, when I walked in to the room it smelled humid and looks dated. The kitchen had a full refrigerator which was nice. The bathroom was good however a few of the tiles where the sink is were lose and would move a little when I would walk into the bathroom. The bed was decent as well slept fine both nights. The AC to my room was EXCELLENT. The cleanliness of my room was excellent as well I think it was the main reason I was comfrotable because although the furniture was outdated the room felt clean.

I was more than pleasantly surprised upon entering this facility, and in meeting the manager. Everything from beginning to end was more than acceptable, it was excellent!! This will be my hotel of choice on any future trips to the Sugarland and Houston areas.
