I checked in and checked out within 15 mins. People had fans in the windows due to the AC not working properly. The room I was in had a bad smell. There were no remote to the TV. It was like stating in a place where people go for an hour of pleasure and home. IT was horrible. I checked out and found somewhere else to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone,

NO ROOM AVAILABLE Arrived and they said they were full, so we found ourselves in a foreign city with no room for the night. The reservation was not valid. Seems unbelievable.

No staff at hotel.

Reserved hotel on Travelocity 3 days prior to staying at hotel. Arrived at 1 a.m. after issues during travel on interstate 10 and discovered the hotel closes at 11 p.m. after attempting to contact anybody on the hotel phone outside, I was unsuccessful and left about 30 mins after. I called hotel the next day and the first time the clerk hung up on me. I called back, explained what happened and the clerk stated I was a no show, would not be receiving a refund and that it wasn’t her problem and to contact the agency I booked through. I contacted Travelocity and they worked very diligently but was unable to contact the hotel so the agent passed the issue up to her supervisor to contact the hotel manager. At this time I still have not back. The hotel has terrible service. Travelocity was very excellent when serving me.

Good location. Everything else was terrible. Garbage in the halls for days, fleas, restroom was not clean, housekeepers had nasty attitudes. Will definitely choose a different hotel when I go back to Houston.

Unclean hotel over charging guest

Some TV channels had a loud humming noise, very unpleasant. Guest were up at all hours of the night. Could not sleep. I was charged an extra day on my bank card with being told. And it took 2 days to have the money put back on my card.

Great Location

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Perhaps they could have a wheel chair available.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at this hotel was to us. They went out of their way, they checked on us and did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible.
