There was a lack handrails in the shower the shower was fixed and did not detach from the fitted so was to high, Lack of places to put soap bags had to put them on the floor. The radiators were so hot they could not be touched. The wheelchair ramps although provided were not legal. Sorry I could go on got pages on how is this hotel this hotel should not be graded.and no I will never use it again. They are living on the fact they are a castle but forgot the required needs of its guests."
