Third stay, for new years eve, room very good, fridge, iron and board, safe, tea making facilities, usb ports, hairdryer. Air con was really good, was freezing outside! The beds were so comfy we slept really well. Had the 20% off eve meal and the food was excellent. Staff were lovely, helpful and food was served hot and promptly. Looking forward to our next stay

Lovely reception staff. Room was fine for the time we were there but could do with bringing up to modern standards. Room air con heated room great but noisy fan. Public areas weren’t heated- not great. Breakfast fine. Lift broke down! We eventually got out ! Would stay again for one night.

Our second visit in a month. Great location - convenient for shops, bars and restaurants and perfect for walks by the river. Our room was big, clean and comfortable with a view over the river. A good choice of food at breakfast and perfect porridge. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is excellent, no matter what room you choose. Comfortable beds, too. Would have given it 5 starts, but over the three years we have been staying here, things have become a little less pristine. Still, we will stay here again.

The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. We added a cider bottle bucket to our room and was delivered immediately as we checked in. Thebstaff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff fabulous. NOTHING is too much trouble. Kelsey super helpful. Great location. Spotless room. Breakfast excellent. Only problem is the pigeons who coo morning, noon and night. We were on the top floor (5) and they were incessant. Take your earplugs! Or request a lower floor......

Lovely hotel with good parking & great location. Friendly staff, large room, good breakfast, comfy bed & hot shower. Room & bathroom very dated & not enough sockets in the bedroom but didn't affect our stay. Will likely stay again.
