The hotel is looking a bit tired. Not keen on shower over bath arrangement, as 57 years old. Plumbing looked ancient. Was nevertheless nice and clean. Communal areas pleasant and comfortable.

We had a standard room which was very clean and spacious. My only complaints are that the bathroom was definitely in need of updating and there were no bottles of water in the room. But the views are stupendous!! We will certainly go back again.

Hotel was clean but dated and in need of a refurbishing! Staff were lovely and helpful, bed was one of the most comfortable I’d slept in and the shower was great! Location was perfect for a city stay but you need to walk uphill for the city centre

Great Hotel, hate paying for parking

I know times are hard for hotels but I hate using my full budget on a hotel room to get there and to pay £10+ for parking on their own land. I would definitely stay again but yeah, lob that paid parking nonsense away
