Room very clean but very dated regarding furnishings. Dissappointed that with a bookin for 2 guests there was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom ( we later found towels inside the wardrobe???) All staff very very friendly :). Jamie who checked us in was very welcoming & friendly - he really made a difference, he’s a credit to your hotel

They found our passport in the room when we checked out but extended our stay in another room. The hotel did not call us and had it over to us when we were still staying at the property. After we exited Durham to London ,we had to come back a day later and collect our passport .It was an Expensive Inconvenience…
