Room very basic and bathroom was horrible. Floor was stained. It was like something from a prison. There was also a weird stain on the curtain. Location great - walk to town across the river and staff lovely. Was supposed to get room upgrade but didn’t get one.

Great hotel, in a great area ( Quayside) & we had a lovely view of river & Quayside. All staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food was lovely but quite expensive. The bed was so comfortable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay

Great stay

Great stay Stayed as we were running the GNR Very busy over this weekend but the staff was amazing and friendly !! The hotel even put out lots of extras for the runners in reception like bottles of water bananas sis gels and sweets on a help your self basis which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very nice with nice ingredients etc.

Short break with friends.

After we had checked-out, one of our friends discovered she had left 2 diamond rings at the hotel. We phoned the hotel and the staff quickly found the rings and put our minds at rest. We returned and collected the rings. Very impressed and thankful for the help of staff.

On a hot day/night had hoped the air con would cool the room down. Got more cool air from a hand fan that the air con. Room 441 needs a new bulb in the light outside bathroom.

I booked this Leonardo after staying at the Leonardo in Belfast city centre in 2024. Belfast was phenomenally clean and updated, this one feels a bit tired and with that, a little less clean, but generally okay. The bed and bedroom were clean, it was just the carpets and bathroom.
