Bach/bachelorette trip

We stayed here for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip. The home is amazing and had enough space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The outdoor space is fantastic and the dock is an added bonus. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Happy with Hamilton Hideaway

Our family had a wonderful first trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas, staying at the Hamilton Hideaway over a winter weekend just after Christmas 2024. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood right off Lake Hamilton, providing a peaceful retreat. It's incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute drive to a neighborhood Walmart and only 20 minutes from popular attractions like Hot Springs National Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens.One of the highlights for us was the lake access. Despite low water levels, our son had a blast catching fish! The home itself is newly renovated, with a spacious open layout that was perfect for hanging out, especially during a rainy day. There were plenty of beds and seating areas, which made it comfortable for our family. The bonus room—a separate basement living space—was a fun addition, though it doesn’t have a bathroom, so plan accordingly.We were impressed with how well-stocked the home was, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like a crock pot, which we put to good use. One minor issue was the wood floors, which were a bit dirty, but we shared this feedback with the owners, and they are addressing it. We would have also appreciated a property guide with recommendations for dining and activities in the area, which would have added an extra touch of hospitality.Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly, which we greatly appreciated. Holiday Respite

Great cozy place to get together and celebrate after Thanksgiving. Beds were comfy, lots of room to hang out and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay immensely. Lovely home and property. In a great neighborhood. It was perfect and cozy. Communication with the property managers was spot-on. I will keep this property in my rotation for when we go back to Hot Springs.

Great home & location

My family has just returned from a 4 night stay. There were 10 of us & there was more than enough space & the house was very well stocked. We were very impressed with the whole place with 2 exceptions. The floors were dirty. The littles feet were filthy within 30 minutes of being there. The walkway down to the outside room is a bit treacherous, especially carrying a baby. Addressing these 2 issues would be my only recommendations.

Perfect property for relaxing at the lake

The Hamilton Hideaway was the perfect property for my family vacation to Lake Hamilton. The house was large with plenty of space for our family of 9. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces, which is where we spent most of our time. The provided kayaks were great to explore the lake and do some fishing. The house was exceptionally clean and we made use of the provided cookware and grill. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a very relaxing stay. We really liked how close everything was to this location (groceries,arcades, downtown) but wasn’t in the mix of traffic and a ton of people. Quite neighborhood. Super nice house and very clean. Will stay again!

Thanksgiving Celebration 2022

Everything was great. Our thanksgiving celebration was wonderful even though the weather did not cooperate. We made it work anyway. The only thing I would change is to have 3 full baths. We had 8 adults and 2 teens. Again we made it work. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and at home.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Hamilton Hideaway is the perfect getaway spot for family and/or a group of friends. The property is VERY roomy, allowing everyone to have his/her own space. Working with the property owner was a breeze, and he was so helpful in sorting out a mess caused by miscommunication on VRBO''s end. There were 5 of us, but the place could accommodate many more. There are loads of games, water toys and other amenities. Be aware that the walk to the dock from the house is pretty steep.

Nice Vacation Away

Loved the View!!

Our family was looking for a nice place by the water in Arkansas for a trip to Magic Springs and this was the best choice!! This place was absolutely beautiful the view, the space, and great communication with the Carvers. This will be our go to spot when we visit hot springs!
