The room was in good shape and clean but we did notice fleas. Room was nice and spacious and great priced. Not noisy outside at all. Fleas were the only problem we had.

The shower did not drain, literally had to stand in my own shower water while showering. They must just allow pre teens/ young adults to roam the halls and stairs all night being extremely loud and hars to fall asleep especially with the bricks they had for "pillows" Claim to be pet friendly but tell you to walk your dog off hotel property. When I paid for him to be there and then they have no we're for him to use the bathroom with barely any grass around without using the woods and trespassing there. And let's not mention the "breakfast" they offer. Definitely will not be back!

The AC/Heater was very loud. The walls are thin but for the price, it was a fair value. Pillows were hard as a rock. The rooms were very clean and the refrigerator was a good size. Parking was convenient and free and breakfast was provided.

The room was clean, the location was conveniently located and they were able to accommodate my needs while traveling with an elderly father. Price was quite affordable and fit our needs perfectly! We will choose to stay here next time we're passing through town!

The room had mold in the ceiling. The tub was disgusting. The sink had black stuff in it. When inspecting the bed we saw what looked to be a scab in it. There were other problems with the room as well but not enough room here to put it all. We checked out after less than 10 minutes. It would have been a health hazard to stay. Had to fight with hotels.com and Hot springs village inn to get a refund. Over not a good experience. Will never stay at that place again and will be booking vacations through a different site from now on.

When I arrived, the attendant was not very friendly or helpful. The overall condition of the room was okay but the floors were filthy. After walking from the shower to the bed my feet were incredibly dirty just from walking on the floors. It was obvious they had not been cleaned in a while.
