Thank you for your review and our apologies for the delay in your room being ready by 4:00 PM. Spring Break was very busy this year and the housekeeping company was overwhelmed and understaffed due to labor shortages. Studios unfortunately do not have balconies. Please read the descriptions closely for the amenties that are in each room. We hope you will visit us again in the future.

Thank you so much for your review and I'm so sorry your bed was not comfortable! All of the mattresses are new but I can provide a foam topper when requested. Our studio units are actually a small one bedroom! We hope to see you back with us again in the future!
