PROS: Very good 2 nights stay. Good staff, very good breakfast with omelette station. Very walkable to bath house row and multiple food choices and shopping. Nice multi story atrium with a bar. Free drink coupons were especially nice! I would stay again. CONS: I rated the facility lower overall due to our king matress seemed somewhat sunken in the middle and the shower valve needs some maintenance and overly complicated to get to run properly.

This is an exceptional hotel. Being a corner room, my suite was more spacious than other suites. It was scrupulously clean and quiet. A very comfortable bed, nice furniture, and modern finishings. As always, the happy hour with 2 free drinks and the free breakfast including made-to-order omelets were a big plus. The staff were very polite and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Hot Springs.

The suite was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They all were smiling and greeting us every time we came through the lobby. The cleaning staff was all smiling and friendly. The breakfast buffet and the evening reception was very good and always filled up. The only complaints that I have are, the parking is no longer free, there was only one coffee cup in the suite,and the kleenex box was almost empty. The renovation is over and beyond what I expected. It is beautiful.
