This place is awesome! Justin and Baker whom run the Inn make sure there guests are happy during their stay. We highly recommend this little gem of a place. If we get a chance to come back to Arkansas we will definitely come back here. A personal thank you to Justin and Baker.!

The room was small but ok good enough to sleep. I left a very expensive ring that was an anniversary gift from my husband. I called and I was told that nobody had seen it and the housekeeping lady had not seen it. I do not recommend staying here because they were not honest.

We are very sorry that this guest has lost or misplaced a personal item. However, it is quite inappropriate to definitively assign malicious blame on us for its loss and call us “not honest”. We have only two housekeepers who have been faithful, honest employees at the inn for years, and they immediately communicate to us if they find a left behind personal item when they are servicing each room. We are often able to contact guests even before they leave town to return items, or we are happy to mail items back to guests. If we did not explicitly trust our housekeepers, they would not be employed here. As soon as this guest called with her concern and we confirmed that it was not found in the room upon service, we sifted the day’s trash to no avail. We take our responsibility of caring for our guests very seriously, and our integrity is paramount to the success of our small business.

We loved the Gold Inn! Baker was so nice and wanted to make sure everything was perfect! He also gave us some great recommendations for things to do. We loved the retro style. They have done a great job restoring it. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place this is it. It’s so close to downtown and just far enough away from it too. Definitely will stay with them again.

Loved that the place was retro and room had been updated to compliment the charm of the property. My main issue was that there were black hairs stuck to the walls in the bathroom.. not a huge wad, but 4-5 long hairs stuck on the wall. That was kind of icky. Otherwise, the bathroom was adorable. I saw that some people mentioned the bathroom being dimly lit which is completely false. Not only did the mirror literally light up, but there was also a light in the ceiling. Plenty of light in there. I would stay there again. I only spoke to one of the owners and he was very nice and helpful.

We've been staying here for years, back to when it was called Alpine Inn. Have always loved this place, but new owners have made it even better with upgrades and the best hospitality we've ever had the pleasure to experience. Rooms are pristine, so clean and cozy. You feel like you're home! This will always be our go-to place when we're in Hot Springs. Thanks, Justin and Baker!

The room was newly updated with paint, flooring, furniture and bathroom. It is a small room and the toilet is close to the wall. There is not a hair dryer, iron or coffee pot. Coffee is available in the office. The hotel is close to downtown. My one complaint, they mislead by stating breakfast is provided. However what they provide is snack bars and juice in the room refrigerator.
