This room was spotless and smelled clean! Sheets were crisp and the bed comfortable. Great air conditioner! Price was very fair and I will definitely be back. Also, the staff was super friendly! If you like historical properties, this is perfect!

Cute little rooms that are very clean

The king bed was very comfortable and better then most beds I've found in other Motels/Hotels. The room and bathroom were spotless. It was very well maintained. The room it's is small but enough for two people. It was also located near things that we had interest in which was a plus. Also, I liked how they handled accessing the room. Instead of a keycard or actual key - they have a doorlock with a keypad and they give you a passcode to use.

An elegant historic manor, updated beautifully

Highly recommended!! Built in 1905 by Samuel Fordyce, founder of Mountain Valley Spring Water, the original manor house is still part of the property. It was my pleasure to stay in the manor itself, and it was a lovely experience! The rooms are all apparently newly refreshed, with soothing blue-gray walls and bright white trim. Beds are firm memory foam, which my back adored. The baths have a very historic feel in the tile work, offset by a modern glass shower in my room with all new fixtures. One of the rooms I checked out in the motorcourt section was smaller but no less elegant, with a tub with a tile surround. If you travel to Hot Springs, stay here! Close to everything, it is in a quiet location even though it is on a main road. I slept very well. I didn't want to leave and come back home, it was that calming and relaxing with a historic feel and modern amenities.

Not what we expected. It was ok at best. We had 3 to room and they only had 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. No office or anyone on property except cleaning crew when we first arrived. Would not recommend

The room itself was cute, they had a coffee maker and mini fridge/microwave, it being near the main strip was nice. But the mattress was disgusting and the bathroom wasnt clean. If your staying for one night it would be okay just dont take the sheets off. Overall was not terrible but for the price of one night i would have expected better.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but the building was worn down and in poor repair. Tub needs resurfacing or replacement, wall paneling was peeling away, not a single floor was even remotely level. Fully no contact stay, which also means no room cleaning during the stay. There was a hot plate and pots and pans still new in packaging, min-fridge, and microwave that were nice for heating up leftovers. Overall, it worked for what we were looking for this trip, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything about our stay was great. It is self check in, so very easy. Upon arrival(at 10 pm), we discovered there were no batteries in the remote to the air conditioner. All we had to do was text them and they appeared within 5 minutes with batteries. The pet relief area was very convenient and well maintained. Bed was comfy, clean room. Very close to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Golden stay

Gold-Inn was a very cozy place to stay in Hot Springs! Beds were comfy and the conveniences nearby are easily accessible. The owners responded quickly to our need for towels and the staff was very kind and gave us useful info without having to ask!

Honeymoon Trip

When we made it there it was a quick and easy code to get us in. Everything smelt great and looked clean. All A/C and appliances ran great! Only thing would be refreshing on the sheets every other day but besides that nothing was wrong with it. My wife and I had a great time.

We were so happy we chose this property for our quick getaway to Hot Springs. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and very cute. The property was close to downtown and very convenient. From the outside, it looked a little rundown, but our room was very nice, and the price was extremely reasonable.
