We had a great weekend! We had the seafood Buffett which was ok, could have had more options that were non seafood for those that can’t have it but I still had a good meal. The lobby bar is the place to be at night. All around great environment. This was my 2nd time staying and I will be back again. I love the entire towns vibe.

Front desk was great! The room was stinky, old, and the carpet was disgusting...should have been replaced 20yrs ago. Do not allow anyone else to stay in that room. And i will never stay at Arlington Hotel again. Someone should refund me my money, ASAP!

From the exterior, Lobby bar, dining room and reception area the Arlington looks like an elegant old hotel. Move from those locations and you will quickly discover that it is very, very dirty and in great disrepair. Our room and electrical fixtures that were improperly installed, unfinished plaster/drywall, cracked walls, and old shoddy plaster repair. The bed mattress was concave and worn out; no support. Likewise the two arm chairs. There was no desk or straight back chair even though the room was large and could accommodate such items. The fee for using the parking garage (yes, they charge!) was an outrageous 27 USD per day! One saving grace was the lunch, though we only tried the in house restaurant one time. The crab cake and mushroom soup were excellent.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were dated as was the building, which was expected. We can deal with the pealing wallpaper, dated fixtures, doors, lights etc, but the roaches I could not deal with. We had to leave late at night and find another room with no money returned from Expedia or the Arlington. It was a terrible experience that I hope nobody else has to endure. We are still waiting on our refunds from both Expedia and the Arlington. Also, I didn’t get reimbursed for the insurance on the trip that couldn’t be used.
