It is a classic old hotel. It is beautiful at the lobby but room smell old. Staff very helpful and kind. If you like modern hotel and resort this is definitely not a place. I love the fact that in a walking distance to the spring bathhouse.

The whole experience was great! From valet to lobby bar to maintenance man coming to the room (my fault) 😔 Amazing outdoor pool and covered hot tub! Beautiful, old, art deco hotel. If staying in Hot Springs, stay here for sure!
