This fully renovated condo is located right next to the Ocean in the famous Ilikai Hotel & Suites. Just a few steps away is the world famous Waikiki Beach, which starts at the Ilikai. To go to the beach, simply come down the elevator to our lobby, walk across the beautiful treed, patio and just a few steps away is the start of the Famous Waikiki Beach. There are no streets to cross or traffic to deal with. This condo will cost you less than a hotel room that may be blocks away from the beach. So why rent a small hotel room when you can have a complete condo with Kitchen and living room with 620 Feet of space including the Lanai. Be as close to the beach as possible without paying an outrageous nightly rate in a hotel room. . All cooking facilities are provided in the kitchen plus there is a Living Room, large Lanai, all the comforts of your home on your holiday.
The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. (2 adults & 2 kids). There is a King size Bed with a new Pillow Top Mattress, complete with Head Board and Foot Board and End Tables on each side. The End Tables are full of books for guests to enjoy. We also have a Sofa Bed in the living room which is ideal when kids are traveling with you. A few years ago when we renovated the condo, we removed the dividing wall between living room & Bedroom to give the condo an open feel because 95% of our guests renting from us are couples. (2 people)
KITCHEN: This condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with Granite Countertops and new kitchen cabinets. There is a full size fridge, stove and microwave, Keurig Coffee machine, blender, toaster, utensils, Rice Cooker, Electric Skillet, pots and pans. It is great to have the option to eat in if you are on a tight budget.
There are many wonderful restaurants less than a block away and two restaurants onsite, Cinimmons Restaurant on our patio by the Ocean & Pesca Waikiki Rooftop on 25th floor. In the evening, grab yourself a glass of wine and sit on our lanai, enjoy the wonderful City & mountain views of Honolulu and Waikiki.
WiFi & PHONE: We are providing Free WiFi and Phone in the condo with free long distance calls to Canada & USA. . TV: There is a 50" 4K Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Watching movies on Netflix or You Tube or doing online shopping is available at your finger tips.
THE BUS: The bus stops right in front. $2.50 per trip (seniors = $1.25), day pass = $5.00, ride all day long (seniors = $2.50).You are close to the beach, shopping & Restaurants. You can walk a lot of places.
CAR RENTAL: If you still think you need to rent a car for a day or two, there is a Hertz location conveniently located in the Ilikai Lobby. Rent a car for only the days you need & return it in the evening. This will save you a lot of money on rentals and also on parking. Guests who rent this condo, qualify for a car rental discount. Please email Property Manager so he can provide you contact information for Hertz location at the Ilikai Lobby location. CONDO LOCATION: We get the most compliments about the location of this condo from our guests. It is conveniently located and is close to all major points, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the state, is a 15 minute walk. And Walmart is only 20 min walk. There are many shops and two restaurants on site, including Kuai Market for consumables. RESTUARNTS CLOSE BY: There are many great restaurants within walking distance, such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Outback Restaurant, Charthouse & IHop, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, coffee shops, ABC Stores, 7 Elevens and mini marts within a block of the condo.
LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC via BLUE TOOTH Do you have your favorite music on your portable device? Pair it with the Music Box in the condo through Blue Tooth and enjoy your favorite music.
USB charging ports: You can charge your portable device through USB charging port in the Music Box or Power Bar which also accepts USB - C BATHROOM: The Bathroom has a shower unit only which makes it very easy for our elderly guests to get it and out. There is a sink and medicine cabinets.
LAUNDROMAT: there is a laundromat by the elevator on our floor. Washing Machines & Soap dispenser accept credit card. FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS: If you enjoy fireworks, there is a free fireworks show every Fridays. Best place is by the Hilton Pond, next door. or enjoy the light show from the comfort of our patio. Direction: Come down to our lobby, walk past our Patio (back of our building, walk to the Hilton Pond next door. Take a beach towel so you can sit in the grass by the beach. Start time between 7:00pm – 8:00pm. Please confirm start time, as it changes from time to time.
FLEA MARKET: Flea Market is at The Ahola Stadium is on Wed/Sat & Sundays. You can catch a bus from Ala Moana Centre. GROCERY STORES: 4 places close by...1) Kaui Market (on Site), 2) Walmart (20 min walk. 3) Food Pantry @ 444 Hebron (10 Min walk), 3) Food Pantry @ Ala Moana Shopping Centre, 15min walk from condo 4) Don Quijote (20 min walk).
