Great Location

Great location just north of the Bell Centre and clean. The fridge in the room was broken as was a bedside reading light. I was concerned they didn’t shovel snow immediately around the entrance to the property. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We chose to eat in drink in the immediate vicinity of the hotel as the prices were cheaper than the hotel options.

This was by far our favorite hotel in the city. We will definitely be booking again. It is super close to the Bell Center and for a night out in the city. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the staff was very nice. We look forward to booking again when we come up for another hockey game!

The room was clean and quiet. I appreciated the Nespresso machine and the fact that the hot water was instantaneous for the 8th floor. The room service food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The one thing in the room I would change was the pillows. All of them seemed lumpy but maybe I am just picky.
