I like a property owner who leaves clear instructions on caring for house logistics and checkout along with local suggestions on food, things-to-do etc... and Owner did excellent. Beds were comfortable, sleeping arrangements for 6 is a little tight but kitchen, dining and living room are great and price is good. 7 miles from a great walking/running trail and many waterfalls within half hour....

Clean and comfortable home and great location!

Our family had a wonderful stay here at this clean, comfortable home in Himrod, NY. The location was great being very close to Watkins Glen, Geneva and Lake Seneca. Many of our favorite wineries and eateries were also close by. The place had a spacious full bathroom with a shower, no bathtub though which wasn't an issue for us. The upstairs had two bedrooms and a half bathroom. Our two boys preferred sleeping on the pullout couch in the living room which they said was very comfortable! We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was spacious and modern and had everything you would need. I look forward to staying at this wonderful house on our next stay in the Finger Lakes!
