Great location

Great location, great suite, heated pool, right on the beach. Had few hiccups, but nothing to spoil the vacation. When we arrived there was no guard in the booth and there were no check in instructions. Management company said something about the box with instructions but we could not locate it. Went straight to the unit and was able to get in. Another thing was that in the description it list a sleeping fold-out sofa. And there was not one. Overall it was pleasant stay and will come back again.

Wonderful Accomodations!!

Loved this beachfront condo that was close to shopping, parks, restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream. The condo was clean, furniture well kept, and spacious. The complex was well taken care of with a large pool, fire-pits and a short walkway to the beach. Loved everything about it and would stay here again!

Perfect Beach Condo for a Small Family

We loved this beach condo. My sister and I stayed with our 3 kids (10, 9, and 8 yo). It was very clean. The kitchen and beach closet are stocked with everything we needed. It has great proximity to the pool, beach, park with playground, shops, and restaurants.

Very nice stay

Very clean and great location. Only thing we didn't like was the beds were too soft for our liking. And the unit needs a Keurig coffee maker. They aren't that expensive at Wal-Mart or Target. Also would be a great idea for the property management to paint lines in the parking lot. I read somewhere the entire building is getting a makeover. Maybe a few more parking spaces and lines for spaces would be a big plus.

Family vacation

Overall well maintained property. Condo amenities and furniture were up to date. Pool was very nice. Used the gas grills a couple of times which was nice. Loved the close proximity to the beach. Under the beds need to be swept after each stay, found some items that didn’t belong to us. Also concerned with cleanliness of the decorative pillows. Overall pretty happy with the unit.

Island escape

Great location, very clean, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet, private, TV had unending channels, quality appliances and very close to the beach, but why use a 10 digit entry code and not share the beach access code with tenants? Vacasa is used for nearly all communication.

You won't leave disappointed

This particular spot is really solid. Overall great location (extremely walkable), great complex, with great access to the beach. It's busy, so if you're looking for something low-key this might not be the best option. But, if you're vacationing with friends/family who don't mind that, or would like to be in a family-friendly place - this is an excellent option. Management is solid, everything lived up to expectation, and I'd book it again if revisiting with a small group of friends or family.

Great place but…

This is a very nicely decorated property and we had no issues with check in. The location of the property is very good and you have easy access to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The pool was close and very nice. The problem we had was the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were gritty with sand upon arrival and q-tips under the vanity and bugs in the floor. The mirror behind the door was smeared with gobs of lotion or something nasty. The closet areas and the balcony were dirty and very disorganized. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen except one pan and covered it with foil before using. Very disappointed that we had to clean when we arrived. Definitely would stay at Ocean One again but maybe choose a different condo.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property! Check-in was seamless, location was perfect, and super clean!! My only recommendation are more linens, specifically towels. I listed everyone on the reservation and we still didn't have enough towels and washcloths. So we ended up doing tons of laundry. Otherwise, perfect stay!!

Great location and beautifully decorated!

We enjoyed our beach stay at this property. It was a very convenient location as it was just a short walk to the beach, a playground, Coligny plaza, restaurants, and shopping!!! The property was beautifully decorated and was accurately represented in pictures on the listing. We have a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and hanging out, dining and the convenience of having 2 full bathrooms was very handy! It was great having a washer and dryer as well! We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Good location , right next to the beech

Property is close to the beach. It's about 1-2 minute walk to the beech. The location of this beech is such that we are able to watch sunrise and sunset everyday.

Get away

The weather was horrible the whole stay. Heating wasn’t working and washer stoped Working. Help can in a very reasonable time. The breeze way has exposed ironwork rusting, and concrete broke away! Your room was great! Things happen ,

We've been vacationing on HHI for the past 20 years during Labor Day week. We have always stayed at another place on the same street while vacating......our first time here but will be back again as out new vacation spot! ♥️

Location location location

Perfect location in “downtown HHI”. Property clean and secure and not crowded even though probably sold out for the week. Walk to dinner, walk to grocery.

Decorated nice but not clean . Not enough linens

Condo was decorated very pretty. Area beautiful. Upon entering it was not clean, I had to clean the floor, part of the refrigerator & linens. Countertop dirty. Floor s sandy.There was not enough linens for everyone., laundry being done often. Air conditioning broke/ did not work. Tubs drained extremely slowly. Condo needs some upkeep! I will say I did receive immediate phone& email follow up from the rental group persons. Pictures sent.
