Good location with a short walk to the beach!

A well maintained boardwalk to the beach. A restaurant/shopping area were also walking distance. You can see the ocean from the balcony.1 Laundry machines were just down the hall. They had left a laundry soap packet on the counter for a load if you need it.One nice touch were the multi charging outlets on both night stands! The bathroom was small but clean. Water pressure was not great. Maybe a new shower head?The unit was small. There was a closet in the bedroom and I was glad I brought extra hangers. There was no dresser so we never unpacked fully.We needed to call the manager and she responded right away. The first call was to clarify parking. The second call was about getting the front room TV to work. (there was a 2nd tv in the bedroom). Again, she responded right away. She stopped by to drop off a hairdryer and look at the tv. We could get it to work but we realized that we needed the Samsung remote to be helpful. She was going to try to find a replacement. There were beach chairs but no umbrella so we never tried to use the beach chairs. A company rents on the beach for 46/day. One disappointment was the 2 balcony stools. Very thin cushions and 1 was missing. Even better would be new, thicker ones. I was glad to see a screen door to the balcony. The A/C worked fine for the hottest part of the day. Sliding glass door didn’t lock.The iron was broken but we had a steamer with us. This worked for us. Location and service is its best selling point.

Unimpressive

Reached out to host and received no response. The unit was dusty and not very clean. No instructions on where to dump the trash when we left. Luckily we found someone to show us where the dumpster was. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were thin so not a pleasant experience to sit on the balcony. The umbrella provided was torn so we couldn’t use it. We didn’t bring our own because the unit said it had beach accessories. I will not be staying in this unit or the property ever again.

The area was very nice loved that part! The condo could use a thorough cleaning. The iron literally was in two pieces when I picked it up to use it! The pans are old and only one very small pot. The refrigerator broke our first day so no cold drinks, couldn’t buy groceries for our stay. The cushions on the outdoor metal chairs are paper thin so the chairs are not comfortable at all! I have called the host several times and yet to receive a call back. The host told me she would talk to the owner regarding a discount due to all the issues and so far no response!! Very disappointed with the customer service!!! I would not stay here again but I would return to the area.

Great location close to Coligny Square (within walking distance) and right on the beach. Beautiful views of sunrise from balcony. Wouldn’t recommend for a stay with more than 2 persons - it would be too tight. But excellent layout for 2 people. Clean and tidy. Good amenities (TV WiFi hairdryer cooking utensils etc)

There was no where to store clothes. Had to live out of suitcase! No cabinet space for any groceries. Kitchen equipment consisted of several fry pans. No sauce pans and only one pot holder. Very minimal teaspoons. No kitchen towels. Very very tight quarters. Cleanliness could have been better. Fans so coated with dust we did not want to turn them on. Sliding glass door would not lock. Thankfully it was not where anyone could get to the balcony.

Loved this condo!

This condo was perfect for us! It was one adult and two teenagers. There was plenty of room. It was clean and close to the beach. I had a few questions and was able to get a quick response. I would absolutely stay here again!
