This three bedroom, three bath Hilton Head villa is located on the fourth floor, and has fabulous ocean views from each bedroom as well as the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast area that seats four, and access to the a deck with unparalleled ocean views. The dining room table has a glass top table and seats eight. The dining room also offers slider access to the deck. The living room is furnished with a comfy sectional, a large flat screen TV, a wet bar, and access to a sunroom overlooking Palmetto Dunes' beach.

The master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen Hi-Def TV and a newly remodeled private bath. The master bathroom features a beautiful quartz double vanity, a separate makeup vanity, and a large walk in shower. There are also slider doors leading to the balcony with deck furniture.

The second bedroom has two double beds, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and private access to the full hall bathroom. The third bedroom is on the other side of the villa and has a king bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, slider doors to the deck, and a remodeled private bath with shower/Jacuzzi tub combo. Construction noise and view obstruction may occur, even when the work is not in the immediate vicinity.
