Step into the bedroom where you'll find a new King Sleep Number bed. Adjacent to the bedroom, a full-size bathroom adds convenience, while the hallway features semi-private bunk beds ideal for small children.

The living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a new queen-size sleeper sofa with a high-quality air mattress and a La-Z-Boy recliner. Enjoy streaming your favorite Netflix shows on the 42” wall-mounted smart TV. A dining table comfortably seats four people. Ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room, and balcony ensure a comfortable stay. Step out onto your private balcony for breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, along with an electric range, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. It’s stocked with cookware and kitchen gadgets to make meal preparation a breeze.

Ocean Dunes 320 offers a heated oceanfront pool open year-round, maintained at a comfortable 82 degrees. The pool is available seven days a week from 9 AM until sunset.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just 70 yards from the beach and a short stroll to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. We couldn’t ask for a better view. It was dusty (white drywall dust), likely from the work being done in other condos. We cleaned it up easily and relaxed. It was chilly so we only used the pool once but it was so nice to have it heated. The kids LOVED it. We would absolutely stay again!

This condo was on the top floor and had the best view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach. The property was well taken care and clean. New bed and couch!! Easy to walk to area shopping.

Solid value!

Really nice beach side property. Appliances and kitchenette are in nice shape, and the balcony is a real highlight. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only downside is the best situation, the bunk beds are quite small and would only recommend them for kids or smaller adults. Overall it's a nice spot and a good value.

Thanksgiving get a way

The view is incredible. The complex is located right next to path to ocean easy access for bike riding. It is one mile from Coligny Square Area. The property was as described and contained everything that was needed.

Great location and Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation this year. The apartment was large enough for myself, my husband, and our three children. We spent most of each day at the beach, which we could easily walk to. The view from the balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was satisfactory. I would say the bunk beds were fairly narrow, which our kids were not used to, and the sleep number bed left something to be desired. Also the back door lock did not function well. Thanks for an amazing stay and a great family vacation!!

Ocean dunes 320

We were overall very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The location was great and beach access was incredible. It is well maintained and such a cute place! Our only complaint was the bedroom. We had a very hard time sleeping each night. It is a sleep number bed but the settings seemed off and no matter what numbers we tried we could not get the bed into a comfortable position and neither of us got much rest during our stay. Sleeping arrangements aside we would 100% recommend this property!
