"The highlight of my trip was the staff. From day 1 all of them were exceptional. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations multiple times from the front desk staff interacting with my irritable daughter at check in, the multiple housekeepers that asked if I wanted service and asked if I needed anything for the room…to the pool bar hostess who made my dining experience phenomenal. Definitely an overall 10/10 for me and I will definitely book again!"

"Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious, immaculately clean, quiet, and absolutely perfect. We utilized the shuttle frequently as it is a good hike between towers, for us any way. The beach and pool were not crowded, the food was very good at the snack shack. My only complaint would be the beach chairs could use some TLC, several of the shades were broken and not representative of the quality we found with everything else on the resort."

"The best part of my stay was the food. Mostly everything was perfect. Plenty of options. My first major complaint was that if you want to eat at any of the actual restaurants on the property you have to make a reservation as soon as you get there and you will probably only get the lastest time possible. My second major complaint is that a lot of the employees don't want to be bothered. They are rude and tend to get very sassy when you ask amy kind of questions.( The towel lady, and one of the female bartenders were the only 2 that made us really feel welcomed). My final complaint is the company that they partner with for airport shuttles and activities. Majestic is terrible. The drove for the shuttle was terribly rude. He tosses luggage around and broke my brand new suitcase that I had to take home on the return flight missing a wheel. He spent the whole ride complaining about how Americans are ungrateful and don't know how to tip. That whole experience put a bad taste in mouth, and made me not want to use them for any activities. I would potentially give this resort a second chance, but I will still be looking to see if there are any better options."
