The room was dirty and had a moldy smell. We got ahold of your company and was able to checkout the same night we checked in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked though travelocity and did not get the room i requested.i went to 3 diff rooms until the one i requested was available. The receptionist told me the room wasnt guaranteed since i did not book though them.

Absolutely never stay here again

None of us slept through the night because of the noise in the hallway. The front desk staff was rude. I clearly have a disability or give me the furthest room from the front desk that I think existed in the entire hotel. This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent it was horrible and I will never go back P

Horrible - Dirty hotel with bugs and poor customer service.

My family and I spent less than 48 hours in this hotel and I had already killed 5 bugs including 2 flies, 2 large silverfish (one that was in the towels), and another bug that I don't even know what it was. Not to mention finding piles of pill bugs and dust in the corners and a blonde hair on the bed when I pulled back the covers. We reported the problem to the manager and moved to a different room only to have a similar experience there. I think this goes without saying but we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Very nice - Will stay there again.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, excellent professional staff, excellent restaurant-reasonable prices, very nice pool area
Although a bit dated, extensive renovations were in progress. The room was very clean and kept clean during my 2 week stay. Very nice pool, and the restaurant food excellent with very reasonable prices. The most impressive aspect of my stay was the Park Inn staff. They were first class all the way- the front desk folks took care of everything, and the restaurant wait staff were the nicest people I ever met! They made sure I wanted for nothing. The entire Park Inn staff were consummate professionals that know how to run a five star hotel.
