I called the front desk at 11pm regarding the party next door and across the hall, the employee stated “I’m too busy and can’t get to it for at least half an hour”. I took care of the issues myself. A phone call would’ve taken a minute. The messaging wasn’t delivered properly.

I think you get what you pay for, but even so, you expect the hospitality business to meet some basic standards. The location and the building are fine. The room was clean. However, there was no water provided for guests, and the elevator did not work. If you are completely exhausted and just need a bed for the night, this place will do. Beyond that, expect an average experience at best.
