The listing makes you feel like you are renting an updated beach cottage. However, it is more like a bachelor pad for fisherman. Ice machine is broken and so is the dryer. I slept fine but will not be renting this place again.

Great location but rental has some issues

The location is awesome. Very short walk to the beach. The home was decent. Beds were comfortable. House was pretty clean. The washing machine was broken before we got there and we weren’t told. It wouldn’t drain, so after trying to use it we had to empty the water with buckets. Over the next few days I called the property manager at least 5-6 times. Nobody would tell me when/if it would be fixed. Finally I drove to the property management office. They told me I could use the washing machine there at the office and offered me a small reimbursement on the rental. The home did smell a little moldy like other renters have said, but I didn’t think it was too bad. The TVs in the bedrooms had no devices connected and they weren’t smart TVs so they’re basically unusable unless you bring a device with you. With that all said, the place is actually great, but we did have some issues
