First the front counter staff was very rude. They would not take AMEX even though the reservation was made using AMEX. They took Visa, but added $50 deposit, which 4 days later still has not been credited back to my account. 1 of 2 elevators was labeled as broken, the 2nd elevator also would not work and I had to return to the counter for them to get the buttons “unstuck”. They stated it was a big problem. The general hotel was “dated” and generally in bad shape aesthetically. My room overlooked a cemetery(no joke or exaggeration). The sink and bath area were tiny. They know the are a “airport” hotel and that guest will chose them if they are used to Holiday Inn standards. I travel about 200 days a year….this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for several years. I will not be back. Disappointed at the existing reviews in Travelocity regarding this hotel. Obviously they are fake. I did not get there on a “bad” day.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful. She helped accomadte a few request I had with no issues. The facilities itself were a little less then desirable. the indoor pool had horrible odor, my children were in it for about 5 minutes before they came out totally disgusted by the smell. The one elevator was broken and the other had a horrible jolt every time it landed at a floor. the breakfast was misleading on the website as we thought we could order food and it was just not contential. The continetal breakfast wasn't great and there was no staff to help or even replacing food. We arrived back from a day at Hershey around midnight and the bar area was so loud, while i get its a bar maybe enclosing it a bit more would be an idea. Rooms were not the best smelling, shower turn on took a great deal to figure out. But for the rate we paid i didnt expect too much but it cold use a little tlc

It was a mundane hotel, it’s not like most Holiday Inn hotels we have stayed in. The room was ok, our view out the window was blocked by a wall. The breakfast was so, so, we had to ask the server to bring out more food.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately that’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Very run down in my opinion. Not worth the money they charge for one night stay. Elevators weren’t working. Pool was gross. The rooms were old and not kept up with. (For example: paint was missing or peeling off walls. Furniture wasn’t clean. Bathroom ceiling was cracked and no fan in bathroom) Just overall not a clean place. Tolerated it for one night since it was already paid for. But the cost of the stay is not even close to being worth it. Reminds me of an old run down motel. But like I said, staff was friendly.

All the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to make sure me and my partner were happy. Front Desk was super generous. Pool Area was very clean and the gym was neat. my room met beyond expectations. i was very very pleased to stay.

I stay there for two days with my son while attending a concert in the area. I would not recommend this hotel although it plays off like a remodeled Holiday Inn. It definitely is not. It’s an old hotel with a well done facelift. It was not clean. The rooms weren’t clean. Everything in the hotel is actually old and pretty beat up, unfortunately I kind of had a feeling that was going to be but because of the concert most of the stuff was already booked in the area. I would not recommend it that is not good at all especially for the price.
