Hear neighbors walking above or the chickens going off during the night - especially mornings. Can't avoid those chickens, but there's minimal sound isolation as part of the room walls are actually screen shutters. So - keep that mind light sleepers! Having a kitchen to cook is very helpful. Stocked well. "

"Great Location, Upstairs living area is actually bigger and more open that it even appears in photos. We were a group of 2 families and had way more space than we could use. There were 2 additional families staying in a nearby home and we could easily accommodate all 4 families for dinner or an escape from a passing rain shower."
