Staff and accommodations were great. The only issue was the water for the private outdoor bath did not get hot enough (little over lukewarm). Bit of a disappointment since it was the main attraction for my visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The service was top notch. Food was amazing and the in room onsen was amazing as well. Very private and quiet area. Walkable distance to the train station with lots of convenient stores around the area.

"The employees at this hotel are so friendly and nice! The free shuttle bus and car was very convenient as well. As soon as we arrived to the hotel from the shuttle bus, the staff sat us down in the lounge and we were able to get drinks ans snacks! Check in was quick.
