We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The room (luxury twin) was spacious and private. It is in a quiet area but well connected by public transport systems. The staff were all very polite and attentive. The dinner and breakfast were some of the best meals we ate during our time in Japan.

Me and my husband stayed here and had the best experience. The room was very clean, and very nice. Location was great & bus stop was right outside.The onsen was amazing. Other than the room itself being amazing, the staff was extraordinary. They were very kind, polite, and attentive. Ryota prepared our dinner and he was so kind. The dinner & breakfast were both so tasty. We for sure will be coming back on our next trip to Japan!

Overall, this is a great property. Hakone is a special place, and the rooms really capture that traditional ryokan atmosphere. The in-room onsen is incredible. The water feels amazing, you can control the temperature, and being outdoors surrounded by nature makes the experience even more special. The food is also excellent, both dinner and breakfast are high quality and very traditional Japanese style.

Came here with a group of friends and left feeling like we’d been welcomed into someone’s home. The staff was warm without being over the top, attentive without hovering. Our chef even put together games for us, which we absolutely did not expect and loved. The room was gorgeous and spacious — and the private onsen bath was the perfect way to wind down each evening. Nazuna was truly the best part of our Japan travels, by far. It was the perfect reset after time spent in the busy cities. Nazuna is tucked away in the most serene location, an oasis that immediately calms your nervous system. Our room, the Nijo, was incredible. From the views, the private onsen, the complimentary tea and body care products, everything was thought out and considered. The room is clean, the bed so comfortable. And the food! Wow! I have an allergy to gluten and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Shout out to our dinner chef Rei, you prepared my favorite dish I had in Japan and we had such a great time with you. Thank you so much! We will be back. Thank you all!

My wife and I stopped in Hakone for a one night stay during our 2 week visit to Japan. Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita was simply amazing to say the least. The staff were very accomodating and know basic English which made catering to our requests a lot easier. A trafitional breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. Both were delicious and very filling. The room itself is spectacular with amazing views, with the best part being the private onsen, which was nothing short of spectacular. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. If you book at Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita, you will absolutely not be disappointed. Extremely well worth it and a must do.

Exceptional! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience & hospitality from the Nazuna Staff. From check-in and accommodations, everything was seamless. The private rooms are very spacious with plenty of walking space but the best part was the Onsen. You just can’t go back to public anymore. Breakfast & Dinner was amazing. We did not feel rushed during both meals, the Chefs and staff explained everything throughout the course. If you’re looking for an Onsen for the first time. This is the spot! Look no further.

Sara was the best part of our stay. Her hospitality and kindness during our dinner made our night feel really special. Even though we had a slight language barrier, we had a great time talking about Japan and things we like to do. The other staff were phenomenal as well. They went above and beyond during the check in by giving us a room tour and offered us snacks from the lounge which closed by the time we checked in. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The male staff was very friendly and we learned a lot about each other. As for the room, the place was very clean and beautiful. The open concept with the addition of the private onsen and fireplace felt very homey and relaxing. This hotel is truly remarkable and I highly recommend anyone who is staying in the Hakone area to book with them.

My wife and I visited Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita. as part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared by the staff. We received terrific service, especially from Akiko and Uematsu who both were extremely gracious hosts. They both went the extra mile to make our honeymoon perfect in every way and even made us honeymoon keepsakes. We highly recommend Hakone Miyanoshita and can't wait to visit again soon!
