The overall property is excellent, with access to a good restaurant, coffee shop and ice cream shop. Our room was very good, with only a couple of issues (both phones didn't work and bathroom sink was clogged). Both of these were quickly fixed when they were reported. Staff was excellent. We recommend this Hyatt for anyone needing to stay in downtown Greenville.
