The lobby was large and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. Al the glasses and mugs in our room were dirty and USB charging ports in the room would be greatly appreciated.

We love staying here. It’s close to everything so we can walk and enjoy the city without having to worry about parking downtown or getting a taxi. They gladly checked us in early and the amenities are great!

The fact that they are pet friendly is nice, however they charged my credit card an extra $80 foe my pet. No damage and no issues… just a pet fee they don’t mention. They just charge your credit card! This place was way too expensive for the one night!

When choosing this property, the open pool and close proximity to downtown were the main attractions, however, the pool WAS NOT WORKING, and the parking on site was 20.00 per night which was not an issue if this information was made available at the outset.

The front desk never answered the phone, I even walked down & watched her phone ring! I asked her to answer the phone, she refused & I showed her I was calling😡 The web said food available/ none available. The cleaning crew were helpful though. I will stay elsewhere next visit to Greenville
