I was very happy to learn there was an airport shuttle that ran starting at 5:30am. They also had onsite parking while gone. I wish I could've enjoyed their breakfast that morning before I left.

The valet staff were great while the check-in and check-out staff could be a bit friendlier and more thankful. The bar and food staff great. I liked my large room, and it was very clean. I will stay again if I need to come downtown Denver.

The room was clean and they did housekeeping every day. The breakfast was better than I expected for a Continental one. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about my stay there. Besides, the location was excellent too.

This should not be a hotel it should be a motel. It looks like they give vouchers to unhoused people. Homeless people outside hanging out. I went to go buy sandals to shower due to the conditions of the shower. Very poor hotel. Dirty elevator and very ugly room.
