Best included breakfast you will ever have. Too bad the Hotels.com site which informs the customer of a “free” included breakfast as a “gold member” when they book the room does not appear at the hotel check-in desk when you arrive! The Hotels.com booking appears as a generic “Expedia” booking, which doesn’t include the promised upgrades or breakfast!

room is good, one staff on the reception is pleasant and the other one is not. when I eserved the room it says free breakfast, but when paying they charged me for breakfast..I just dont want to argue with the receptionist since she cannot even give you a smile on her face.I dont want to spoil my day.
