Love this hotel. They literally make you feel at home here. The lounge and restaurant are amazing, room spotless, bed super comfortable, black out blinds, and just can’t say enough about the staff here! Hats off to management, the front desk, servers, and housekeeping staff, you guys are doing an amazing job.

The room was okay but I was placed in a disabled room which I didn’t ask for. The first coffee pot didn’t work so they brought me a second one which also didn’t work. I wasted 2 bottles of water and there was no offer to be reimbursed. The man who drives the shuttle was very rude. Very disrespectful

Everything was excellent. Except the airport shuttle, the gentleman didn’t even offer to help load luggage of passengers or unload. Told the lady the door was shut to shut it. We were glad there were no seniors using this service as he was very unhelpful.
