Overall average stay. Friendly front desk staff. The closet door was broken in our room that we stayed in prior to departing for our holiday, and the heat controls and the bathroom door was broken in the room we stayed in when we returned from our holiday.

Sink didn't drain properly. More importantly, the room temperature couldn't be controlled with the thermostat. I had to open the window to cool it down in my room, in the winter, and it was still over 25 degrees C in my room and throughout the upper floors of the hotel. It was so hot that my deodorant had softened. The heat was inexcusable.
