Slow check in although looked like staff was overwhelmed. Seems like a lot of reservations were not there. They seemed pretty calm for the situation Seems petty but breakfast was only so so. $35 pet fee seems kind of high other places were $20 but I guess if you want to bring a pet you gotta pay the price

It was unfortunate that when I showed up at the agreed check in time we were told the cleaning staff was shorthanded and my room wasn’t ready. I wasn’t able to prepare myself to get to my event and ended up having to prep best I could from the car. I normally would think this is a one off, but a friend was there a week previous and had a similar experience

No front clerk when I checked in or a note saying they will be back. No instructions on how to use the Roku TV. Mattress is worn out and sagged in the middle. Coffee maker had a broken lid and water area was dirty. No housekeeping.

Overall our stay was okay. The bed was a double and not a queen like we had booked. They only left us with 1 towel for 2 guests. Room was clean and the bed was comfy, just small. Breakfast was okay.
