The staff are amazing, very friendly and very welcoming....they brought cookies to my two kids. The rooms need work though.....there are no mats in the entryway and with it being wintertime this brought dirt and muck everywhere so I had to use a towel as a mat. The tub has no non slip grips or mat and I slipped (catching myself thank goodness) my daughter slipped many times while I was showering her. The walls in the bathroom had hair (not mine) all over it I had to clean the wall and the towel rack was covered in dust so I cleaned that as well. The baseboards are coming out of the walls. The lights have a very loud hum to them. But we love the theme it is so cute and my kids loved it so much!! The pools are amazing so much fun especially the water park! We wish it was a bit more clean and in better condition but we love the themes they are really fun!!! And the staff has been very nice, especially when I went to complain about some very noisy and rowdy kids!! They tried to rearrange our rooms but it wasn't the same theme room so we stayed because my daughter was so excited to be in the fishy room!!!

We had a comfy room and cld have slept good except some other guests were up real noisy until 5 am ! I never think to call front desk to complain. The swimming pool was great ! Just wish we had more time to enjoy it..will next time. Our room was nice except it was not swept and mopped well. There was dirt on the floor around the walls and even a cheezie (not ours) by the main area.

That doesn’t give enough time to go swimming, eat and enjoy the room for the one night and those two rooms were not cleaned the best. Floors were still dirty, mirrors streaky so you know they were rushed. I get they only have a certain amount of time to clean each room and that is not their fault but if you don’t have enough house keeping staff to keep up with the rooms and guests being able to check in on time then done run at full capacity. The price normally doesn’t bother me cause we go there specifically for the pool and slides but this time around I don’t think it was worth the $200+. I will say that the maintenance worker was fast and efficient, a tv wasn’t working in one of the rooms that had to wait for check in and he got there quick and got it going!
