The perfect retreat for any season, this home is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in town, along with the town beach and boat ramp. You'll also be within easy reach of some fantastic hiking trails and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park is only four miles up the road.

The screened porch is the perfect place to start your day with morning coffee and the private hot tub is waiting to welcome you with rejuvenating soaks after the day's adventures. There's also a gas grill on the back deck for afternoon barbecues. The home is surrounded by mature aspen trees that display brilliant pops of gold during the fall season.

You'll find the inviting interior fully furnished for home comfort, with everyday essentials including a stainless steel full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Board games and a wood stove set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. There's even a dedicated office space for remote working or homeschooling.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
