We booked the room on Thursday night to stay on Friday night. We paid almost $300 for less that 24 hours. When my husband checked-in around 5 pm, he was informed that there was construction happening on the floor above us. He was given a card for a free Starbucks drink for the inconvenience. When we got to the room there was drilling and hammering that sounded like it was happening right above where our bed was. We asked for a different room and were told, "Sometimes they stop at 5 pm and sometimes they go until 8 pm." Long story short: we moved rooms three times total. The second room they put us in was on the first floor smelled like smoke and mold. The third room we moved to was across the hall on the first floor. It smelled better but within minutes of moving into the room the smoke detector started going off about every two to three minutes. At some point, an employee walked in to our room without knocking. He was a large man, well over 6 feet tall and had a large frame. As soon as he saw me, he said, "sorry" and backed out of the room. It was startling, to say the least. My husband went to the front desk again and we were moved to our final and fourth room which was sub par. It was on the second floor and was the first room off the hallway from the elevators. Meaning that everyone staying on the second floor passed by our room. It was very loud and prevented us from sleeping in the next morning. We awoke at 6 am to loud crying babies and slamming doors.

Loved the staff and the way they handled all our needs. Loved access to the fitness center. Loved that there was a bar and the breakfasts were filling. Loved the boiling water provided for the hot teas. Loved the spaciousness of the studio suites

It was very clean and quiet. The bathroom ventilator fan didn’t work. The television had pixel problems. Every channel was impossible to watch. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly.
