I would not recommend staying here. The staff was not friendly. Our room was expensive and awful. The windows did not lock; the carpet was stained. Other rooms had a window unit; ours did not, and the room was hot. The bathroom was terrible. The soap dispenser on the wall was missing, so I was given tiny bars of soap. The tub had stains, and there was no screen for the drain sink. Parking was awful too; there are not enough spots for the property. The walls are thin and the walkway is slippery.

The Victorian is very convenient if you want to park your vehicle and walk to town. It’s close to everything downtown. We did have a problem with our room that was quickly taken care of by management. Due to the great customer service I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Only place to stay.
Walls were thin, unreasonable check out time 7 AM, no parking for your vehicles, continental breakfast at 9 AM but check out was at 7 AM, no air conditioner just fans. Only hotel in Telluride, rest are outside of town.

Very disappointed with the room. Dark and old. Shower door difficult to open. Furniture seen better days. The room was very expensive even in this location. I would rather spend more for better quality room.

Quaint place. Good price for Telluride and right next to downtown whichwas convenient. Parking was tricky but that just goes with being downtown Telluride. Our only real complaint was the pillows in our room sucked and affected our sleep. We'd stay there again if we pack our own pillows.
