Located in the Edgewater Cabin Resort community, this 3BR/2.5BA home features a luxurious interior with ample room to both relax and entertain. The private balcony boasts mountain views, while the backyard offers a pond, firepit, and grill.

Amenities include a hot tub, river access, and fishing ponds. The slopes and lake are a quick drive away!

The serene living area is fitted with a sofa, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, the pristine kitchen presents all you need to create favorite dishes.

When it’s time to dine, the table accommodates six.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony with mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a triple-twin bunk bed. (Please note the bunk beds are only suitable for children.)

The second bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A half bath on the main level provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Your private outdoor space features a patio and gas firepit overlooking the community pond and waterfall, as well as a covered patio with rocking chairs and a gas grill.

The front patio has seating for two and is 50’ from another fishing pond.

- Fishing ponds and access to the Fraser River (Please note that fishing is fly fishing only, with the exception of one designated kids fishing pond.)

Located in a riverfront community just 4 minutes from downtown, this home has unbeatable access to all of the area’s hot spots including:

- Granby Ranch Ski & Golf Area and the Grand Elk Golf Course (5-minute drive)
- Lake Granby (14-minute drive)
- Grand Lake (20-minute drive)
- Winter Park Ski Resort (25-minute drive)
- Rocky Mountain National Park (25 minute drive)
- Hot Sulphur Springs (16-minute drive)

For easy transportation to Winter Park, hop on the Lift, this local bus offers a pick up just minutes from the cabin.

Things to know
Space heaters are provided for the upstairs room as an additional heat source.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
