Great place

Great location close to gas stations, restaurants, and shopping. One of the Friendliest staffs I've encountered.

Last minute find

Pros: Quiet. All night coffee pot on in the lobby.
Booked the comfort inn as we were passing through Rocky Mount,NC. The city had just changed the traffic patterns off the exit so it was a little dicey finding the driveway. We were checked in immediatly and we found our room to be quite nice. We followed others reviews and we're glad we did.

Very nice!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good also! A nice place to stay when traveling on Interstate 95.

Excellent staff!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here (missed our flight) and the staff went above and beyond to cater to us. My groomsmen and I trashed the whirlpool suite the night before the wedding and they still let us have a late check-out. By the time we realized we'd never make our flight, they had the room ready for us complete with rose petals, champagne, and chocolates. My wife was so moved she cried and the staff wouldn't take any extra money from us! We will definately come back many times; especially since my family lives in the area.

previous review couldn't be correct

This facility just opened in November of 2007, so the previous guest must have stayed at the old Comfort Inn at exit 97. It's now a Quality Inn. I have stayed at both and this one excells at guest service and cleanliness; it could use more road signs for directions, though.

A disaster

On arrival at this far-from-city centre hotel, I spent fifteen minutes discussing with the receptionist whether they would honour the rate stated on my reservation, including breakfast. We then found our way to our room, only to find someone sleeping in it! We left. This ruined our trip to Dundee.
