The evening desk clerk was horrible: surly, one word answer to questions at best, argumentative, and a very poor hotel representative. I received no receipt. I guess the computer wouldn't let the morning man open so I have no idea what I paid. A most disappointing experience. I still want some paperwork.

The management was very rude it seems because we booked through a third party. First they were not going to give us the room we booked. I was very close to walking out. The only reason they gave us a good room was because they overbooked and it was the only one they had. I have never been talked to like an idiot for booking online. I always book on line and have traveled a lot. Never will stay there again.

I would love to find out who you are calling management talking rude to you when you came to stay with us. And if you wouldnt use an anonymous name, maybe there would be something I could do to have helped you. We do not disgriminate how your reservations are made. We are paid the same whether you book it through us directly or you use a 3rd party. Our hotel matches 3rd party prices too, and we are not about to make you feel any curtain way about how you made your reservation. Thank you for stopping by to visit us.

We really enjoyed having a whirlpool tub in our room. And the whirlpool tub was very clean. However, on the side of the bed between the bed and the window on the floor were nail clippings from a previous occupant, so vacuuming was not very thorough. Also when we went into our room there was an overwhelming smell of bleach, then we understood why because when we walked into the bathroom it smelled heavily of feces mixed with bleach. The feces smell did not go away, but we know that it was tried to be clean, but we just aren't sure how clean. We probably will not be back.

The hotel lobby and hallway were uncomfortably hot. Our room was 86 degrees at arrival and it took quite awhile for the room to cool down when we adjusted the thermostat. The bathroom toilet was not clean. The one nightstand had dry sticky stuff on it like something was spilled and not cleaned up.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple and clean. Shower and tub in the room showed major signs of wear. Tub stained and shower curtain rod looks ready to fall. Breakfast was adequate for free meal.

Staff was great, service was very good, and common areas seemed clean and well maintained. Our room, however, was a different story. The fridge had food crusted on the shelves, the carpet was not well vacuumed, and the bathroom was very dirty. There was hair and dirt on the side of the tub and the tub was very dirty and stained, hair on the toilet, hair on the wall, a coating of dust on the art display shelf over the toilet, rusty water stains and dust on the floor behind the toilet, and dirty water splatters on the wall around the bathroom sink. Basically just looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and not very appealing.

The room was Great the food was also Great everything was spotlessly clean this is the third Country Inn and Suite we have stayed in although the one we stayed in was a little undesirable we will continue to stay in them when we can They are GREAT

We booked a room for a family of 5. There were not enough towels or pillows in the room. There was no bedding for the sofa bed which we needed for our kids. The front desk receptionist was kind when I asked for the things we needed but with 3 tired kids it was a hassle to not have a well equipped room ready for us. The breakfast was awful. Overall we were disappointed with our stay.
