Beautiful remodeled rooms, friendly staff and convenient location. The only problem we had was the WiFi did not work. Our phones already don’t work great while in the smokies because of the 5G so we like to have WiFi to do work or our son likes to play games. We would stay here again if this issue was fixed.

Great value. Price was important in my decision, but I was surprised how well the place turned out to be. Location was perfect for my visit. The 24/7 indoor pool was great to get a quick swim in after a long day of activities. It was small, but was never too busy to make a difference for my kids. Grocery stores are really close so getting affordable lunch or dinner with kids was easy. My only complaint is there is nowhere to eat in the room. We had to eat at the pool once because we needed a table for a particular meal. That was ok though so it was nice to have it available. Not the prettiest or fanciest place on the block, but it had it where it counts and I'd take that over paying extra for the "fancy" place any day.

The Staff, room, and convenience/location were fantastic. The breakfast was a bit lackluster. Thankful it was provided and it was a lot of options. The quality was not quite there. The orange juice was more like an orange drink like Sunny D or Tampico.
