Welcome to Cozy Cub Cottage! This Pigeon Forge cabin is nestled in a wooded setting in the beautiful Bear Cove Falls Resort. When you stay with us, you are only 5 minutes from Dollywood and Splash Country and only 5 minutes from the Island and all the other great Pigeon Forge attractions.

If hiking or picnicking is your passion, we are only 20 minutes from the entrance to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, one of America’s most spectacular national parks. “World renowned for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, this is America's most visited national park”.

The cabin sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 King suites with full baths and a Queen over Queen bunkbed in the game room , there is also a ½ bath in the game room. Each bedroom, the living room and game room all have brand new flat screen Smart TV’s with Netflix. There is a walk in shower on main level that has a built in hand rails for your safety ....And for the girls we offer HEATED TOILET SEATS in all the bathrooms.
Enjoy comfortable recliners (4 to be exact) while sitting in our cozy living room and watching tv and enjoying the electric fireplace.

Unwind from the day’s adventures in our game room playing air-hockey, foosball, or any one of the 60 classic arcade video games….Pac man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders etc… on our multi-game console or an old-fashioned game of checkers. You may wish to savor the day’s events by relaxing in our comfortable balcony chairs, porch swing, or hot tub.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your meals in the cabin, or cooking outdoors on the charcoal grill. If you prefer to eat out, you are only minutes from several great area restaurants such as the famous Old Mill Restaurant, Reagan’s House of Pancakes, Alamo Steakhouse, The Pottery House Café and Grille, Paula Dean’s Family Kitchen, Local Goat and so many more.

Cabin has full size washer and dryer on lower level for you to use during your stay.

Front porch offers an easy access ramp from our 3 vehicle parking area. Front door and interior doors on main level are 36" wide.

Bear Cove Falls amenities include a swimming pool, and covered picnic area.
The Cozy Cub Cottage is a great place to create some wonderful family memories.

NO STEEP HILLS OR SCARY ROADS ...... You can see the road that lead to the cabin if you will go to You Tube and search for title "Your Drive to the Cozy Cub Cottage"

This cabin is protected by RING camera security system .

There is parking for no more than 3 vehicles..... 2 is preferred in order to keep turn around open.

A little piece of paradise

After long days of tournament baseball the Cozy Cub was a welcomed retreat for my family. It was like coming home. With choices to hit the Island area for dinner and entertainment or just simply make dinner and enjoy a night in it was an amazing place to stay. We'll definitely keep it in mind for future visits.

The communication was nothing short of excellent. Quick response time and efficiency. We were missing an item and within an hr, it was delivered. If we had a question, the response was within minutes. Kind, friendly and amazing is the only way to describe the owners. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised.

Awesome Cabin, Great Location!

This cozy cabin was perfect for us. It was very clean and well organized. It’s just minutes from the main parkway! It’s easy to get to and from the cabin. The extra half bath was a plus! Host was nice to work with.

Best Vrbo

This vrbo is so easy to drive to, right by Dollywood. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans you may need. The hot tub was perfect. There are games to play, TVs in each bedroom, and the beds were cozy. The central location makes it easy to get to all the tourist attractions but you have privacy. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for families to stay with children.

Great Getaway!!

This cabin is strategically located, offering the best of both worlds-proximity to town and a serene mountain ambiance. The Veterans Parkway was a lifesaver, helping us navigate the area with ease and avoid the usual traffic hassles. The cabin was not just clean, but also beautifully decorated for Christmas! The heated toilet seats were a surprising luxury that I never knew I needed, but now I can't imagine life without them. My family comes to this area every year for Thanksgiving, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and ready-to-use the kitchen was. This was not always the case in past locations, so it was a welcome change. I highly recommend this property; you will not be disappointed staying here!

The BEST VRBO we have stayed at! Close to DW!

This has been the absolute best VRBO we have ever rented. Not only was it very clean, but the layout really worked well for our family. We loved the game room and queen size bunk beds! The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. It was so convenient to DollyWood, so we could come back and rest in the middle of the day and go back at night. But even being so close, it felt like you were in the mountains far away with the view from the porches (with no scary/super steep driveway!) And the heated toilet seats!! Such a bonus! We absolutely loved all the Christmas decorations as well. It was such a peaceful home and we would definitely return on our next trip to DW! Diane is an incredible host. So thankful!

Wonderful Cozy Cabin

My family and I stayed in the Cozy Cub cabin for a long weekend. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable (suprisingly, thats usually not the case). Diane was very communicative. I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend staying here.
