The water was extremely hard and had a weird smell to it. The pool bathrooms had severe mold on the ceiling and stunk. House keeping will just barge into your room no warning whatsoever. The complementary breakfast was cold and the potato’s were old and extremely dry

Winter Trip
We had a great stay at this hotel for our January trip to Santa Fe. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I was impressed with Adolfo who worked in the dining room for breakfast. Each morning he greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. He made our stay more enjoyable.
