"The high ratings we saw before we made our reservation for an overnight stay were well deserved. Clean, convenient and friendly helpful staff. After we checked out and were at our next destination, my wife discovered that she had left a clothing article in our room. When we called to see if it had been found the quick answer was that it hadn't been turned in, but the room would be checked. Less than 10 minutes later we got a call back and the article had been found and would be waiting for us when we were again passing through Plainwell. Bravo!"
