Great location

Pool and hot tubs were great. Nice clean condo with easy access to everything around town and very close to Copper Mtn, Breck, and Loveland.

Really nice property

Every aspect of the experience was outstanding except for a few minor exceptions. The Evolve customer service representatives did not seem to understand that the address listing was incorrect. It was only after the local contact intervened that it was corrected. Excellent location close to town, however, the bus stop was a little far away. On the plus side, it was walking distance to the Nordic Center carrying our skis. The kitchen had everything except we couldn’t find any lids for the food containers and there was no pizza cutter. (Gotta have a pizza cutter)

Rough Around the Edges

Nice enough place, but very rough around the edges. Even if it was thoroughly renovated, the experience would still be pretty bad. To elaborate: 1. There were no extra trash bags or toilet paper. Called the manager and asked for more and was told more would be delivered. 48 hours later (yes, two full days) someone showed up and brought more trash bags and…paper towels, but no toilet paper. By that point we had already bought our own trash bags and toilet paper, so we just used what we bought. 2. One of the skillets was dirty and had a large piece of food in it. They clearly don’t check to see if the pans were cleaned by the previous occupant. 3. Pillows in the master bedroom were the worst I’ve ever used - flat and provided no support. Apparently they bought the cheapest pillows they could find. Again, we went to Walmart and bought our own. 4. Also, regarding the master bed, the fitted sheets didn’t fit correctly, so they came off every night. I wound up sleeping directly on the mattress some nights because the sheets kept coming off. 5. All closets were locked, so there was almost no storage space or anywhere to hang clothes. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the complex and location were both pretty solid. We’ve stayed in other units in this same complex and had a great experience (those condos weren’t available these dates), but definitely not with this one. I recommend staying elsewhere.

Great place Great location

We loved our stay. Close to Copper mountain, close to Frisco and all it has to offer. Nice equipped condo with short walk to pool / saunas / hot tubs / laundry. Convenient parking lot and garage. Would definitely stay again!

Frisco Condo

Great location, clean and quiet. Easy walk to Main Street. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars because the lighting in all of the rooms is inadequate, hot water runs out too quickly and having to lug heavy luggage up three flights of stairs since there is no elevator. However, the owner does acknowledge in the unit description that the unit needs updating and that anyone with age limitations or health issues be aware of having to climb stairs.
