Bright, open, and casual, this vacation rental puts you just steps from the canal for easy access out to the sound. The open floorplan combines a well-equipped, island kitchen with full-size appliances with a living area with a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Step outside into your furnished, screened-in deck and enjoy the view, or head underneath the home where you'll find a picnic table for summertime picnics.

Things to Know
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

This home is a combination of One Fish and Two Fish, which can both be rented separately.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
