Two impeccably clean, and newly renovated rooms make up a completely private apartment in house, only one block (0.2 miles) from the beach. Offering a private driveway and entrance.

One room offers living space, king sized bed, private bathroom and closet, while the second room includes living space, sofa sleeper, dining area and kitchenette (no stove). Blackout draperies block out the sun and create a pleasant sleeping environment. Two TV’s with cable.

Perfect weeklong getaway!
From the moment we contacted the hosts, everything went smoothly. Because this was our first trip to the area, we had a lot of questions. The host’s communication and responses were quick and helpful, both before and during our stay. The property is clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and to the restaurants where we wanted to dine. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place
Quick vacation with my teenagers. This is the perfect spot, very quiet and relaxing. We loved walking to the beach and it’s extremely close to Destin. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot
Stayed with my two teenage daughters and it was great for a short getaway. Comfortable bed, luxurious shower, very clean, close to the beach and many restaurants. We enjoyed walking to dinner each night and I loved having coffee on the porch each morning.

Perfect location and very clean
The property was very welcoming and very clean. The owners are very responsive. The shower was very nice. The kitchen even had coffee creamers for the guests. :) We would definitely stay here again. It is perfect for 2 people.

Clean, spacious, close to beach
This was such a positive rental experience! The space was so clean and inviting. The kitchenette had everything you’d need for a short stay. My favorite feature of the house was the rainfall shower head! Edward & Cristina responded quickly with any questions I had. The beach was less than a 5min walk and very easy to get to. I will definitely be booking with them again!

Absolutely amazing experience! Prompt and clear communication with the owners, all the amenities we could ask for, super clean, and super convenient location just a short walk to the beach. I stayed here with my 2 young daughters for a mommy/daughter trip and it was the perfect amount of room and privacy. The walk in rainfall shower was luxurious and a perfect way to end a day at the beach! One of my favorite features was the large covered front porch, I sat here with my girls every morning and every night listening to the hum of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better place to stay, everything was perfect!
