"Housekeeping was inadequate to non-existent. We were expected to get our own towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc. from a table on the lobby. no one told the us that the only way to get the room done was to ask for it. so, in a 5 day stay nobody cleaned the room, nor changed towels and made the beds, except for the day I asked for it. Inadequate furnishings: There were no chairs of any kind to seat to read, have a cup of coffee, tie my shoes, place overnight clothes or suitcases. No table or desk for a laptop or to eat. No mirrors except in the bathroom, no trash cans except in the bathroom and kitchenette. When I complained I was told that I shouldn't expect to have chairs in the rooms, even though the advertising shows a comfy chair. COVID was over several years ago, there is no excuse for this at the prices charged. I can get better service a motel 6."
