"Staff started off by offering a room on the first floor or second floor, I asked for the first floor and it was suggested that the second floor might be quieter. I still requested the first floor , staff argued, I said I didn’t care, was given the second floor room. Heater did not work which was the most disappointing on a stormy night, hair on the bathroom floor, a dirty sock next to the bed (not mine, I’ll make that clear), stained bed covers, and only 1 bar of WiFi. Breakfast options were also advertised but there was nothing at all available. I understand covid precautions completely, but I have been to other hotels that have been able to offer some options at least. Upon checking out I explained all of this to the staff member that clearly did not care and seemed hurried to just get me out of there. $80 wasted on a cold, unclean, uncomfortable room where the staff couldn’t care less. "
