The receptionist was very kind and helpful and overall the room was clean. However, the fridge was broken, shower head only produced 5 streams, and someone was shooting off fireworks at 11 pm right outside the window and constant noise late at night.

Comfy bed for a last minute stop. Slept well. Breakfast was cereal, instant oatmeal, and toast. I overhead a kid say, “this breakfast sucks”. Coffee maker in room but coffee was empty at breakfast and it took so long to refill that we ended up getting coffee on the road. For price would expect a little more for breakfast, but overall comfy stay.

The air conditioning worked great and the staff was nice. The building is run down and it’s not the cleanest place. The pictures seemed to be AI generated since it did not match the experience. Parking was okay. The tv also buffered every few seconds on every channel. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, which was nice.

Breakfast was bread and cereal. No eggs, fruit, yogurt or pastries (muffins) that I would normally expect. The pool was ice cold and in bad repair. The room was perfectly clean and a nice size. The toilet wobbled, and you had to flush it two or three times, but was clean. The lobby smelled heavy of, what I would describe as, marijuana. The room didn’t, or I would have said something.

The clock did not work, light bulbs were out, the coffee maker leaked. The room was clean, but the kleenex box was empty. Towels were fine, it had hot water, the bed clothes were decent. A very inexpensive place to stay, and it shows.

Clean and friendly. Bed was huge and soft. Walking distance to major shopping. Plenty of parking. Staff at check in and check out were professional and nice and rate and room info were written down and clear. The cash deposit for the room was instantly refunded at check out, unlike a different brand of hotel elsewhere in Mount Vernon that kept a 2 week hold on the money even after I went back to a different state. I was surprised how nice my stay was here.
